Yes you read the title right!! I’m good to you! I promise this is divine. It was hard to get a great photo with all that gooey chocolateeeness melting off my fingers onto the camera.
I don’t quite know how to describe this.. other than bliss obviously!
It’s a very posh caramel slice with peanuts, chocolate and banana! 🍌🍫😍
You will need a food processor.
For the base-
1 cup of walnuts. 1/2 cup of dessicated coconut. 3 tbsp of maple syrup. 15 dates (ideally always soak dates first for at least 10 mins).
For the middle layer-
10 dates. 1 small banana. 3 large tbsps of peanut butter. Pinch of pink salt. 1/2 TSP of maca powder (not essential, although great for you!). 1/2 TSP of cacao powder. 1 tbsp of oat milk (or milk of your choice).
I was feeling lazy so used a good quality organic chocolate 85% coco.
Whizz first layer in food processor and place in a grease proof paper lined tin. Fork into place, making sure all corners filled. …. Next whizz middle layer. Fork over bottom layer.
Place tin in the freezer whilst you melt chocolate. …..
Pour melted chocolate over the top and place in the freezer for 1 hr then it’s good to serve.
For best results keep in the freezer and allow to thaw for 30 mins before eating.
°Note° to be fully raw you will need to make the top chocolate layer.
